Altheys cannot be held responsible for damage caused by misuse of one of its Products or by non-compliance with the precautions for use and health and safety conditions when using one of its Products or by not delivery of these precautions by a reseller.
2.3 Resale of Altheys products
The resale or distribution of Altheys products is not authorized without written and contractual agreement with the 4M company which owns the brand.
The repackaging of Altheys products for resale under another brand is not authorized without written agreement from the 4M company.
ARTICLE 3 - PRICE
Prices are indicated in Euros and are valid for European Union territories excluding DOM and TOM. They take into account possible reductions as well as French VAT, applicable on the day of the order.
Any order placed on the Site and delivered outside the European Union and to the DOM and TOM will be invoiced without VAT and may be subject to possible taxes, customs duties and other related costs which are imposed when the package reaches its destination. destination. ARTICLE 4 - ORDER REGISTRATION AND VALIDATION

ARTICLE 5 - DELIVERY
5.1 Delivery times and methods

Orders are prepared upon receipt of payment, payment by credit card guarantees the speed of processing your order.
Shipments take place within 24 working hours following receipt of payment for your order, unless otherwise indicated on the “basket” page.

5.2 Delay / absence of delivery
Loss of packages during transport
As with any shipment, there may be a delay in delivery or the package may be lost. This investigation may last up to 21 days from its opening. If during this period, the package is found, it will be redirected immediately to the Customer's home (in the majority of cases). In this case, the Altheys laboratory will send the Customer a replacement package, at their expense. If the lost product(s) were no longer available at that time, Altheys would reimburse the Customer for the amount of these products.
In the event of a delivery delay of more than 7 days compared to the scheduled delivery date, the Customer may cancel his order by contacting the Altheys laboratory by email or telephone.
Any anomaly concerning delivery (damage, open package, damaged package, broken products, etc.) must be indicated on the delivery note in the form of "handwritten reservations", accompanied by the Customer's signature. ARTICLE 6 - RETURN AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Altheys may defer this reimbursement until receipt and verification of the Products.
Return of products

This contract is subject to French law. The Altheys laboratory cannot be held responsible for damages of any nature, whether material, immaterial or bodily, which could result from the misuse of the products marketed.
In the event of difficulties in the application of this contract, the Customer has the possibility, before any legal action, to seek an amicable solution in particular with the help of a professional association of the sector, a consumer association or any other advice of his choice.
Complaints or disputes will always be received with attentive kindness, good faith always being presumed in those who take the trouble to explain their situation. In the event of a dispute, the Customer will contact the company as a priority to obtain an amicable solution.
In the absence of an amicable agreement between the Parties, the dispute will be submitted to the French courts, unless otherwise provided by law.
